Multi Tenancy
RSM InTime is a multi-tenancy system allowing individual instances of RSM InTime to be quickly and simply navigated between by appropriate administrators. This function can also be deployed for agencies with multiple divisions which may have differing requirements, for example overseas divisions may have different branding and billing requirements. Each RSM InTime instance can have its own separate integration with front office systems. Agency Administrators can switch between agencies - Click the arrow next to agency name in the top left corner > Switch To.
Factors to consider when determining whether multi tenancy is required:
Are your divisions set up as individual entities
Is the new business in the UK, if not what is the home/base currency
Does each entity need to invoice separately
Do you account for each brand / company as a separate company in your accounts/finance package
Will you have separate databases set up within your CRM
If your clients are approving timesheets via the online portal, is different branding required
If yes, could email approval be used? If email approval is not suitable and different branding is required then a separate instance of RSM InTime via the multi tenancy module is required.
If no, could Charge & Payment Terms be used?
Are your invoice number ranges separate for each brand / company
