Administrator's with the AGENCY WRITE role can update the agency logo and Favicon You can also specify a website to redirect users to when they logout. To edit the agency select Edit Agency from the menu.
Under the Primary Contact tab you can upload a logo (in PNG, JPG or GIF format), upload a Favicon and specify where to send users when they logout. When uploading a logo, the image will be resized if it is greater than 64px high.
The FavIcon is an icon typically displayed in the address bar of a browser accessing a site or next to the site name in a user's list of bookmarks (example below). This is particularly useful when rolling out mobile access for workers and agency clients.
The History button gives allows you to view the history of changes to the agency details.
You can also customize the appearance of the system further by selecting the Settings Cog at the top of the screen.
From the APPEARANCE dashboard you can change the primary colours, text and links to your social media sites.
Colours & Menu - There are a select few colours available for the Menu theme, if you want your colours to match specific pantone references please contact the support team for costs. This would include the header, dashboards, background and button colour (not individually, i.e. green buttons can become red etc.) You are also able to edit the highlight colours on the Margin Report, Purchase orders and payments.
