Creating & Updating Entities Manually
If you have a front-office system, you should normally create and update entities through your front-office system. Any changes that you make directly in RSM InTime are likely to be over-written by a subsequent update from your front-office system.
Administrators and Consultants with the correct roles are able to create and update other entities within RSM InTime.
