Backup Process & Procedure

Question; Please can you advise what backup processes and procedures you have in place that protect our 4 agencies? I couldn't see anything in your documentation that covered it but I have probably missed something!

Answer: All servers are backed up on a daily basis. This is a part of the managed service from our hosting provider. The backups are encrypted before being transferred to the provider's cloud backup service, which is in a different physical location to the data centre where your services run.
