How we will implement this solution

RSM will appoint an Implementation Consultant who will retain responsibility for the successful implementation of the solution throughout the set up process.

The Implementation Consultant will co-ordinate a Confirmation of Requirements document and work with you on an Implementation Plan.

Development and configuration will then be undertaken by the RSM Development team (if required).

Integration and data import will be carried out in accordance with the agreed scope and requirements.

1) Signed Contract Received and Confirmation of Requirements (CoR) reviewed

2) Welcome Pack Issued

3) Kick - Off Conference Call

4) System Environment Creation and Registration

5) Data Import (if applicable)

6) Pre-Live Environment Configuration Conference Call

7) Training

8) Client Review / End-to-End, Bespoke Development Testing (if included) / Implementation Support

9) Environment System Sign-off

10) Pre Go-Live Conference Call  (See ‘Go Live Checklist’ Topic)

11) Convert System To LIVE (system Clear-down and ennoblement of communications)

12) GO-LIVE & Hypercare Support

13) Transition to Support (Support SLA's enabled) & Introduction to Account Management Team


Communications

Although discussed during step 3) Kick-Off Conference Call, the implementation Manager will be the overall escalation point for your implementation.

There will be an assigned Implementation and support lead resource carrying out the specific project set-up and config - (Please see 'Support' section for contact details)
