Description

Use this page to create new companies in your organisation.

Usage

There are two ways to create a new company for your organisation:

Copy data from an existing company

1) Type a company name in the Company Name text box.
2) Select a company from the drop-down list of companies.
3) Press Save.

The following data is copied from the original company:

The Company General Data.(Employee Details, Employee Search Format, Employee Starter Screen, Bacs Options)
The Company Lookup Data.(for example Departments, Divisions)
The Company Pay Elements
The Company Email Settings
The Company HMRC Transmission Parameters

In addition, the following default data is created.

A Monthly Payroll.
A Full Time Work Schedule.

Copy data from the default data

1) Type a company name in the Company Name text box.
2) Select "Default Data" from the drop-down list of companies.
3) Press Save.

The following data is created.

The Company General Data.(Employee Details, Employee Search Format, Employee Starter Screen, Bacs Options)
The Company Pay Elements
The Company Email Settings
A Monthly Payroll.
A Full Time Work Schedule.
