If you send RTI data to the HMRC you will need to set up this information to enable them to identify who it's from and who to contact if there are problems.

Data Entry

Enter the contact data in the first section unless you are an agent whereby you add your contact details in the second section.
Notes: The Gateway ID and password are mandatory. You need to enter the password twice so the system can check for correct entry. This is because you cannot check the password visually. If you are sending data on behalf of another company you should set the Sender Type to Agent and enter the agent details, otherwise set the Sender Type to Employer.
