Help

The knowledge base is your first step in finding information about InPay. It provides you with details on how the system can process your payroll and explains what information is required in particular fields. You can also explore the knowledge base and see the other functions that are available that could help streamline your process and reduce time.

How to access the correct knowledge base page? 

There are 3 ways you can find the page/pages you require. 

Using the help page link within InPay 

When you are using InPay, you will see that every page has a question mark. Click on the question mark and you will be directed to the exact page on the knowledge base. 

Using the menu on the left hand side of the knowledge base 

You can scroll up and down the menu, if there is an arrow next to the title, this means there are additional subpages.

For example, under the screens menu heading you will find title headings for all the top menu headings within InPay, these are displayed in alphabetical order in the knowledge base menu.  

 To expand a heading, click on the arrow. To go to the page, click on the title, these mirror the menu titles within InPay. 

Or alternatively, when you click on a header page, you will find a contents list within the page allowing you to click on a link.

Using the search bar

In the top right hand corner there if a search bar field. Click within the field.

The screen will expand, type a keyword or keywords within the search box. You will see all pages with that keyword. 

You can use filters as well to help reduce your searches. The knowledge base hosts other RSM software pages. Click on the top filter and select InPay, so you will only see InPay search results in line with your keyword.

Simply click on the result that you wish to view.
