Logging in using the gateway

When users log in, they are presented with a gateway screen to choose which secondary account to access. The users log in with the primary account credentials and then select the secondary account from the gateway screen.

Open

Click the switch button to log into the RSM InTime instance for that user. You get a success message saying switched into that account. After that, you can work as usual. There are however a few restrictions when you login as a gateway user as noted below.

Restrictions:

You cannot change password if you are logged in as a secondary user. To change password, you need to exit and then change the password for the gateway.
