Managing the gateway
You can manage the gateway users using the option gateways in the profiles menu.
Important: Admin users should have the gatewayuser - read/write permission to view the gateways option under the profiles menu. For more information, refer to role permissions.
The gateway user screen displays the list of gateways in the agency.
In the gateway user screen, you can do the following:
Viewing messages for the gateway users
Resetting and sending passwords
Editing the gateway
You can edit the gateway attributes using the edit button.
On the edit screen, you can edit and save the basic gateway attributes. You can delete the gateway, or combine additional users to gateway using the options under the actions menu. Note that a gateway can be deleted only after all the associated secondary users have been deleted.
View gateway user details
To view and edit individual gateway users, click the down arrow next to edit button, and the destination users option.
Viewing messages for the gateway users
To view any messages sent to the gateway users by the system, click the down arrow next to edit button, and select messages.
Sending welcome emails
Select the user and click send welcome email to reset password and send a welcome email to the gateway users.
Resetting and sending passwords
Click reset and send passwords to create a new password, email it to the selected users and disable their multi-factor authentication.
Unlocking accounts
When the account is locked with more than 5 attempts of invalid password, you can unlock the account using the unlock account option.
