InTime V22.00 Release Notes
InTime V22.00 - Release Notes |
We are delighted to announce our latest release - InTime V22.00
Invoice Improvements
VAT and Company Numbers on invoices
VAT and Company numbers are now stored against invoice on creation, this prevents future changes to these number affecting historic invoice within the system. Additionally when viewing invoices/credit notes, the VAT code used at the time of generation is referred to rather than the current VAT code against the billing entity.
Invoice terms on Invoice Adjustments
When raising an invoice adjustment, you are required to select a placement to assign the adjustment to. If the selected placement has overridden charge/pay terms, these are used for the adjustment invoice rather than the entity terms.
VAT Only Adjustments for non self bill
Invoice adjustments raised for VAT only against non self bill workers/providers will now produce an advice note. Please note that as advice notes are not invoices and so do not contain any VAT amount, this will need to be manually entered on the advice note upload screen.
To Perm Invoice widget counter changes
On the dashboard, the To Perm Invoice widget will no longer be shown if your front end integration automatically creates timesheets for perm placements or if there are 0 perm placements to invoice. When manually invoicing perm placements (i.e. not using the Sales > Create Perm Invoice or via placement search screen), the widget will no longer include these perms in the count.
Additional
- A new Barclays Sage BACS file and Bank of Ireland XML BACS payment have been added to the payment method options
- Advice notes raised for invoice adjustments will correctly pre-populate the VAT according to the supplier VAT code/settings
- Invoice performance changes when viewing and generating large quantities of invoices
- Worker name can be included within the generate payments list and CSV. Please ask support to enable this.
- You can customise your invoice numbers on Dimensions export
Timesheet/Expense Improvements
Timesheet Importing
When importing timesheet data, placement pay and/or charge rates can now be overridden. This needs to be configured against the import format and will only override the rate against the timesheet, not on the placement profile. If required, please ask Support to enable this on your import format.
New Automatic Approval Rule
There is a new rule option for automatic approval of timesheets/expenses called hasPaper. When used, this rule will apply to any sheets which have a paper upload attached to them as shown below.
The new rule can be seen in use below. For more information on approval routes and automatic rules please see the wiki page here.
Additional
- Improved user notification when removing pay elements and expense types which have existing expense claims within the system
- 'On Hold' column on export screen shows the correct status
Reporting Improvements
- With the new sheet search screens enabled, the dashboard link to missing timesheets directs to the correct missing screen which allows submission of blank timesheets. The 'include reverted' option is now available on the timesheet search screen.
- For the new margin report, expense item paid date is now populated rather than blank
- When outputting the margin report by rate, the pay and sales invoice numbers are now shown against every row
- The new margin report allows missing timesheets report to be output by shift
- New margin report grouping performance improvements
Profile Improvements
Placement End Dates
Agency configuration can be enabled to hide the placement end dates from workers' view on all screens. If required, please ask Support to enable this. Additionally, notification of placement ending can now be sent to managers and workers, not just to consultants.
Additional
- The 'Switch To' option has been removed from the 'Edit' dropdown menu in the profile search screen. This function is still available when viewing the profile and clicking on the 'Actions' dropdown.
