We are delighted to announce our latest release - InTime V22.02

Invoice Improvements

Payment Term – Days from Submission Date

Invoices due dates can be set according to the consolidation settings. Days from Submission Date is introduced in Invoicing Payment Terms for placement/worker/client and provider. Setting a placement/worker/client and provider on Days from Submission Date will generate a due date according to the timesheet date when submitted.

Payment Due Date Override

Payment Terms can now be overriden with payment override due date in Invoice Generation screens. The feature works if the user enters the date and generate invoice, the invoice shows the exact override date set on invoice regardless of what consolidation being set against placement/client/worker and Provider.

Adjustment Wizard

  • A new Affects drop-down is introduced in adjustment wizard with options Pay and Charge, Pay Only & Charge Only. The options will decide whether the adjustment and will impact the pay side, charge side or both. 
  • Adjusts and Adjusted By columns are added to search results in all Timesheet search screens and Margin Report.

  • If a timesheet has already been adjusted, or the timesheet is itself an adjustment, a warning confirmation dialog is added before processing the adjustments.
  • Additional filters of onHold and Invoiced status has been introduced for Adjustment wizard (and similar screens i.e., Timesheets > Export and Search)
    Invoiced Filters:

  • Full Credit and Reinvoice option added to adjust multiple timesheets in a single invoice. When timesheets are adjusted, it will create the adjustment for adjusted with negative timesheet and a positive timesheet. All the timesheets that were on the invoice but not adjusted, their adjustment timesheet will do the same creating a negative and positive timesheet. The values will remain the same for the not adjusted timesheets. Only applicable for Affects Pay Only and Charge Only. 

On-Hold Improvements

  • Hide/Readonly the “onHold” filter on the export and invoice generation pages.
  • Invoicing options are added to set onHold default value set to “No” for Pay/Sales invoicing, payments generation and export screens.
  • OnHold filters are added on all search screens e.g., Timesheets, Expenses, Reports and Write Offs. 

Statement of Works

  • Reference field is added to Project Screen

     

  • SoW Project is added to custom consolidation and Layout of Items on invoice

Milestone Approval Routes

Approval Routes have been introduced for milestones. It works the same as for timesheets. The approval route can be set in placement > milestones.


Margin Report improvements:

  • Adjustment Id filter is added to Margin Report

  • NMW field is now added to Margin Report CSV and Default CSV.
  • Margin - Saved Reports List is now ordered Alphabetically on UI.
  • A new bulk UI is introduced in margin report. A user can mark onHold/un-onHold multiple timesheets/expenses/invoice adjustments and set/remove pay or bill on hold status against it.
  • Expense Claim Currency column is added in margin report. Users can view the claim currencies against the expenses.

InTime - InPay sync improvements:

InPay Holiday Scheme

  • InTime now handles the new InPay holiday scheme type “Pay Holiday Immediately”. Workers with this scheme type cannot make holiday claims from InTime.

Holiday Claims – worker notifications

  • InTime now provides the ability to send emails to workers when Holiday claims are approved / rejected, and the Email Templates are customisable.

Default Email Payslip

  • In Settings > Defaults, “Default PAYE workers to Email Payslips” configuration is added. When this is configured, any newly created InPay related workers would have “Email Payslip” setting on the “Employment Details” tab set to ticked by default.

Colours and Menu Improvements:

  • Dashboard Panel and Other screens panel Headers, Text are now colour customisable and this can be navigated via Settings > Colors & Menu.

   

Additional

  • Financial Tag Values will now appear alphabetically for Placement/Worker/Provider and Clients
  • CSV from Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice screens now includes Credited column with Credit Note number against it 
  • Added Approved, Approved By, Submitted and Submitted by columns for Expense Search Screen.
  • Company Name is now added to Invoice Edit page. This is applicable for all pay type invoices.
