Go Live Approach
There are several options for Go-Live, your communications to your business, both internal and external, will need to manage the user's expectations accordingly. Typically Clients/Agencies will follow one of the following:-
- Big Bang
- Agreed first Timesheet enrty date and cut-over date from previous system (if applicable).
- All RSM InTime communications enabled at Go-Live.
- Automated Welcome and Password emails sent to all Users (Workers, Managers, Consultants) at the point the Profiles being created within RSM InTime - this is dependent on how the records are created within RSM InTime either;
- Imported from your front end system via Integration (e.g. Bullhorn, Adapt)
- SFTP File upload
- Manual Import File upload
- Manual entry/creation of records within RSM InTime
- Staggered Roll Out
- Agreed first Timesheet enrty date and cut-over date from previous system (if applicable).
- All RSM InTime communications disabled at Go-Live.
- Profiles are imported/created within RSM InTime either by;
- Imported from your front end system via Integration (e.g. Bullhorn, Adapt)
- SFTP File upload
- Manual Import File upload
- Manual entry/creation of records within RSM InTime
- Communications are enabled after the records have all been imported/created at an agreed date/time - opportunity to review or update any records as required within RSM InTime prior to users accessing the system.
- Welcome and Password emails manually sent out to Users (Workers, Managers, Consultants) from RSM InTime by the Agency Admin Users.
- Note, you can manually disable comms for specific users and/or not send out welcome emails to users which do not require access to RSM InTime

- Comms Not Required
- Agreed first Timesheet enrty date and cut-over date from previous system (if applicable).
- All RSM InTime communications disabled at Go-Live.
- Profiles are imported/created within RSM InTime either by;
- Imported from your front end system via Integration (e.g. Bullhorn, Adapt)
- SFTP File upload
- Manual Import File upload
- Manual entry/creation of records within RSM InTime
All 3 above approaches could work in parallel to any existing manual processes if so desired.
