InTime V21.03 Release Notes
InTime V21.03 - Release Notes |
We are delighted to announce our latest release - InTime V21.03
Invoice Improvements
Sending Invoices Individually
Previously sending invoices individually could only be enabled or disabled agency wide, however you can now override the agency setting to client, worker or provider level. There is a new tickbox available under the Invoicing Tab which can be used to set the individual preference of an entity.
Client Self Bill Credit Note
When raising a credit for a self bill client, there is a field available to enter a client specific credit note number. Alternatively, if no number is specified the standard InTime credit number range will be used.
Additional
- When creating an invoice adjustment for VAT only against a client, worker or provider you no longer need to select a timesheet to allocate the adjustment to.
- Timesheet freehand reference can now be shown as a column within the body of an invoice. Please contact Support if you wish to include the timesheet freehand reference in your invoices.
- The behaviour of the Processing On Hold field when search screens are reset has been corrected so that it is always reset to No rather than All, which allowed workers/providers with processing on hold enabled to be invoiced.
- The 'null' title shown on invoices where the profile title field is set to 'choose' or 'n/a' has been resolved.
- When printing invoices (including when saving to PDF), the invoices are listed by invoice number order.
- When generating invoices with automatic invoice adjustments, the adjustment value is correctly amended on the invoice preview where items are removed prior to generation.
Timesheet/Expense Improvements
Timesheet Adjustment Wizard with Overtime Rules
Previously, adjusting timesheets where Overtime Rules applied resulted in a zero pay, charge and hours/units timesheet no matter what adjustment was made. The Timesheet Adjustment Wizard will now correctly handle this scenario and create a adjustment timesheet for the change to rate or hours/units made.
Approval Route Changes
When an approval route stage reached time out, this is now reflected more clearly in the approval history tab of the timesheet. Additionally if a username of an approver changes, this doesn't cause the approval route to fail.
Editing Timesheets with OnCosts
Where a timesheet has OnCosts applied, if the timesheet is submitted and approved then later edited the OnCosts are automatically adjusted according to the new pay/charge value rather than storing the original timesheet OnCost amount.
Agency Timesheet Entry via CSV Import
When importing a CSV file for agency timesheet entry, the system will prevent timesheets being processed and submitted where there is already a timesheet for that period. If this occurred prior to v21.03 there would be no warning of this occurring, now the system will check for already submitted timesheets and highlight these to the user during processing. If your agency allows duplicate timesheets for the same period, this validation will not apply.
Additional
- When a timesheet is forcefully approved, this will now update the AWR working weeks against the worker to reflect the correct number of weeks.
- The split commission settings selected (under System Administration > System > Split Commission Settings) will now be applied to expenses, not just timesheets.
Profile Improvements
Consultant Commissions on placement
Commission values can be set to greater than 1 decimal place and can be made mandatory on placement profiles. Please contact Support if you would like to change these settings on your agency.
IR35 on Placement Profile
The 'Deduct PAYE and NIC from Ltd Company on this placement' tickbox can now be updated against a placement at any time. Previously this could only be updated where no timesheets had been submitted for the placement.
500
Reporting Improvements
New field on Custom Report
The worker gender has now been added as a column on the Custom Report creation screen.
Additional Improvements
There is now a 'Queried' count for the contract document dashboard widget.
InTime now supports OAuth Authentication for Twinfield and mailbox scanning (gmail and office365).
InTime Status Page
There is a new link available under the 'Help' dropdown in InTime called InTime Status. This page will be updated in the event of a issue causing performance issues, unavailability of critical functionality, or an InTime outage.
