Importing Overrides


Usage

The Employee - Holiday Calculation page is used to view and override the data that goes into the holiday average rate calculation, the result of which can be viewed through the Employee - Holiday Schemes page. This page will hold the last 2 years of values (the legal maximum allowed to be part of the calculation) and will use the past 52 paid weeks. The values are simply the oay and units of the pay elements of the selected holiday scheme on the Company - Holiday Schemes page. 

Adding an Override

Depending on the format the employee will have the option to override either the pay or units value (only pay will be allowed on pay frequency based schemes). Clicking save will instantly recalculate the value as shown through the Employee - Holiday Scheme page above 

Importing Overrides

Recommended mainly for payroll migrations there is a Employee Holiday Override importer that allows the past 2 years of overrides to be imported. Please note to allow this the historic pay periods must be first set up
