OSP Schemes

Description

Use this page to add an employee to an OSP scheme.

Usage

This page is used to add, edit and delete an employee's OSP record.

• OSP Scheme: Select from a list of available company OSP schemes.
• Effective Date: The date at which the employee enrolled onto this scheme.
• Rate Company Scheme Paid: The calculated rate at which the employee's sickness is paid. Not editable.
• Rate Company Scheme Paid Override: Enter a rate at which you would like the employee to be paid sickness if different from the computed value.
• Reduce Salary By: The calculated rate at which the employee's salary is reduced when on sick leave. Not editable.
• Reduce Salary By Override: Enter a rate at which you would like the employee's salary to be reduced if different from the computed value.
• OSP Balance: The amount of days the employee has available to take at each band. Not editable.
