Creating a Statutory Loan Record
Usage
This screen allows the entry and maintenance of Statutory Loan information for an employee. Access to the fields on the screen is disabled unless an employee has been selected on the Search form at the top of the screen. Once an employee has been selected, any Statutory Loans will will be displayed on the screen, and the data entry fields will be available for input/amendment.
- Start Date: indicates the Start Date of the Loan. Entry to this field can be made manually, or by use of the Calendar button alongside.
- End Date: indicates the End Date of the Loan. Entry to this field can be made manually, or by use of the Calendar button alongside.
- Plan Type: Indicate the plan type of the student loan. Selecting a plan type will disable the Postgraduate tick box.
- Postgraduate: Tick to indicate a Postgraduate Loan, ticking this will disable the Plan Type dropdown.
Creating a Statutory Loan Record
Pressing the New button will clear the fields on the screen, ready for entry of details of the Loan. Pressing the Save button will commit the changes to the database.
An employee Student Loan record will be created automatically if a Student Loan is indicated on the Previous Employment P45. Both a Student and Postgraduate Loan will be created if indicated by the Starter Statement.
