Tax Period functionality
InPay Export – InPay Pay Period against sheet
- The workers linked with InPay payroll – When timesheets and Expenses are created, Tax period is set to blank. Tax Period in timesheets and Expenses is set to InPay current pay period when these timesheets and expenses are exported to InPay. Monthly Payroll tax period is suffixed with M to pay period (Ex: 202202M) and weekly payroll tax period is displayed as pay period
- Other workers with non-InPay payroll – Tax period is set to period end date.
- Tax Week filter is available Margin report (Reports > Margin Report > Date Ranges tab) - This filters results based on the Tax Week Start and End Period (Ex: 202101 to 202103) and Tax Period column is available in the results of Margin report as follows:
