7. InTime Summary Screens
The integration between the two systems allows for users of Bullhorn to view RSM InTime summary data without the need for the user to login to RSM InTime. The following entities can be viewed:
• Placement
• Candidate (Worker)
• Company (Client)
Please note that the RSM InTime summary screen do not work across multi-tenancy RSM InTime systems (where multiple RSM InTime agencies connected to a single Bullhorn instance.)
This is because in order log in and access the data RSM InTime needs to identify the RSM InTime agency to link to. We use the "Bullhorn Corporation ID" to do this and that is unique to the Bullhorn instance. The summary screens can be configured to work for just one of the RSM InTime agencies but these will only display data for items that are synced to that RSM InTime agency.

Bullhorn users that have been added as Consultants to RSM InTime will then be able to view the RSM InTime summaries in Bullhorn.
