Self-service for Agency Clients/Managers

Whilst RSM InTime can provide faxback approval and email approval of timesheets, the preferred method of timesheet approval by many agency clients is via the client portal as this is deemed more secure and provides a clearer audit trail. Entry to the portal by approving managers is simple as they click on a URL link contained within a notifying email stating timesheets require approval; then simply enter their user name and password (which can be automatically stored by their browser) and are directed to the timesheet approval screen. Unauthorised timesheets and expenses can also be accessed via the client portal by simply clicking on Unauthorised on either the Timesheets or Expenses dashboard.



The RSM InTime client portal also offers:
