Setting Up an Uplift

Usage

The screen allows the increase in permanent payments. The increase will apply to workers that have a record against the pay element in the Payments screen, if the employee meets the selection criteria set out in the uplift.

Setting Up an Uplift

Salary Uplift

  • Workgoup: Only uplift workers in specified workgroup. Leave blank to select all workgroups.
  • Division: Only uplift workers in specified division. Leave blank to select all divisions.
  • Department: Only uplift workers in specified department. Leave blank to select all departments.

Uplift Details

  • Date of Change: The date the change will be applied. This will add a new row to the workers payment screen starting on this date. It will also put an end date of the previous day into the current record.
  • Description : A description will show in the history.
  • Apply to Pay Element: The pay element the uplift applies to.
  • Uplift Type: Whether the uplift is to be a percentage or an actual amount.
  • Amount/Percentage: The amount or percentage to increase the pay by as determined by the previous selection.
