8. InTime

For InPay InTime integrated systems the following changes will apply to InTime for auto-enrolment.

Employee Pension Status

The auto-enrolment status of PAYE employees will now be shown against workers in InTime. This will be visible on the worker list screen and the worker details screen. This status will be read back from InPay and updated daily. It will not be editable from within InTime.

Employer Pension Payments

For enrolled workers the employer’s pension payments will now be fed back into InTime during timesheet export. These will be shown on the employees payslip and will enable the costs to be used in margin calculations and reporting.
