NP – 1827 – AU003 - CP - Upcoming and Overdue Tasks

Client Portal now has the ability to list overdue and upcoming tasks on the new 'Upcoming Tasks' page which can be filtered out based on Offices, Clients, and Task. Users can navigate to this page by clicking on View Upcoming button on Utilities>Payroll Task Dashboard

NP – 1838 – AU014 - CP - Service End Date/Tasks

Payroll Task dashboard displays task for clients up until the specified date in service end date field under data termination section on Admin>Clients>Edit Client Screen

NP – 1921 – Tasks that have Camunda tasks must be completed in order

Automated Payrolls with Camunda tasks will now display an error message if they are not completed in order on the Payroll Task Dashboard

NP – 1927 – CP - Further improvements to the Upcoming Tasks Page

The following enhancements are implemented in View Upcoming page:

- Read only checkbox is introduced against each task to highlight whether the tasks are Special or not on Admin>Tasks>Select a Task

- Date entered in ‘Enable New Task From’ field on Admin>Clients>Select a client displays newly added task on payroll task dashboard on or after the date specified

- The Upcoming page should look good on a smaller screen, e.g., the sliders should move to a new line to avoid crashing with other fields

NP – 1835 – AU011 - CP - Supp Run Task Creation

New Checkbox named ‘Supplementary Run Required’ is added to the bottom of the payroll task dashboard screen against each service. User can save the state selected once clicked. Once this is clicked, tasks that are tagged with 'supplementary runs' will generate at the bottom of the task dashboard. 

NP – 1911 – AU027 - CP - Configure a user as reviewer

Peer review user will have below three different dashboard views on Utilities>Payroll Task Dashboard

-Show Task checkbox shows peer review tasks of all services where user is not reviewer

-Peer Review Not Complete checkbox shows peer review tasks of all services which are not in completed status and where the user is not reviewer

-My Reviews checkbox shows peer review tasks of all the services where user is a reviewer

NP – 1958 – CP - Remove Employment Update section of the client portal

Employment Updates section is removed from HR toolkit
