New features
Client portal single sign on - client users
You can link your client portal system, with your Microsoft Active Directory system so that your users will not need a separate username and password. You can then put a link on your Intranet that will take your employees directly into the system. For further information go to single sign on - client user guide. When you are ready, speak to your payroll executive to organise this to be set up for you.
Single sign on setup - RSM admin users only
We have provided a guide on what details are required for you to successfully set up single sign on for a client. Go to single sign on - RSM admin guide. This guide will tell you what information is expected as well as where to enter the details. AA full guide for clients is available as well.
Improvements
Out of office and delegates - internal users only
You will now be prevented from updating an out of office if you have not set a delegate. If you try to set the out of office without a delegate set, an error message will appear in the top right hand corner, informing you that a delegate must be set. Go to settings - (RSM Users) or setting a delegate and out of office for another RSM user
Delegate's out of office visibility - internal users only
When choosing a delegate within the hierarchy screen, you will now be able to see an out of office has been set. Before their name you will see (out of office).
This is also reflected in the hierarchy tree. If a user has an out of office on, you will see a red clock symbol next to their name.
