Agency Self Administration

It is possible for Administrators with the Agency write role to update the Agency logo, primary contact, invoice contact and specify a website to redirect users to when they logout. To edit the agency select Edit Agency from the menu (by clicking on your Agency name).

Previously agency admin users could click on edit agency and change the name of the agency within RSM InTime themselves. Moving forward this action will no longer be available. To change an agency name, you will be required to go through to support. 


Under the Primary Contact tab you can update the agency name, upload a logo in PNG (recommended), JPG or GIF format and specify where to send users when they logout. When uploading a logo, the image will be resized if it is greater than 64px high.

In the Primary Contact and Address Details section you can update the contact details for the agency. General emails such as placement emails, reminder emails and welcome emails will be sent from the Primary Contact email address. To edit the invoice contact, click the Invoice Contact button at the top of the page. 

In the Invoice Contact and Address Details section you can update the invoice contact details for the agency. These are the details that will be used on all invoice related correspondence and invoice emails will be sent from the Invoice Contact email address. 

The History button gives allows you to view the history of changes to the agency details.
