Details of the changes:
PEOP-1144 - Add feature that allows you to see how much holiday a person would get
This feature allows the admin to calculate the absence entitlement for an employee who is due to start in the future.
The option is available in Absence → Absence Entitlement Calculator
User would need to input the Absence type, band, Workplan, Public Plan, Employee start date. The Entitlement end date will be auto-populated based on the scheme. For example if the entitlement window is from April to March, then the end date will be 31st March
PEOP-1043 - MyHR and General Configuration List
Added a new link 'My HR Settings' under System which allows admins to decide the sections that an employee would see in the My HR page
Added a General Settings page under systems which allows RSM and client admins to enable / disable the configurations.
The below last 3 sections will be available only to the RSM users
PEOP-1167 - Holiday display on MyHR pages
Changed the holiday display on My HR page as below
Entitlement - Annual Entitlement allocated to the employee
Brought Forward - Number of Brought Forward Holidays
Additional: Number of Additional holidays given to the employee
Total for the year - Entitlement + Brought Forward + Additional
Taken This Year - Number of holidays taken
Remaining - Total taken this year - Remaining
PEOP-1173 - Add Calculation Period to Admin -> Entitlement Plans
Add a new text box to enter the rolling period length for Fixed TOIL plans
PEOP-1178 - Organisation Chart
This feature can be enabled by selecting Organisation Chart setting in Admin → General Settings
The Organisation chart can be accessed from User home page and Employee Summary page.
The Print button in the Organisation chart page will open the chart in a new tab.
All employees will be able to see the Organisation Chart if the setting is enabled.
Minor Changes
PEOP-1162 - Changed the Sickness Display on My HR → Absence Page. For Rolling plans, it will display the Number of days / hours taken in the rolling period and Total number of occasions in the Rolling period. For Fixed plans, Number of days/ hours taken in the fixed year and Total number of occasions in the fixed year
PEOP-1175 - Handled a payroll submission error in case of null No Pay Days for sickness events
PEOP-1154 - Corrected the document extension for onboarding form attachments
PEOP-1180 - Introduced a validation error message if the Employee Organisation Structure values are not given as per the Unit Structure definition.
PEOP-1179 - Increased the length of Absence Events No Pay hours and Full Pay hours from 5 to 7
PEOP-1174 - Added a new button to delete the SSO configuration (contact Support first though)
PEOP-1165 - Fixed an issue with TOIL taken in case of multiple work plans
PEOP-1149 - Fixed an issue where Onboarding didn't check if the employee number is already in use
PEOP-1145 - Increased the Allowance value length from 7 to 12
PEOP-1078 - Fixed an issue where employees with brackets in the staff number could not be assigned as a manager.
PEOP-1009 - Made a change so that duplicate pay periods are not created in People Manager after In Pay commit.
PEOP-995 - Fixed an issue with Entitlement calculations for Rolling plans
PEOP-979 - Corrected the FTE display for employees with multiple contracts.
