Clone button on the Organisation page

• User can now clone an existing Organisation entry.
• All the fields except for the Effective date will be cloned. User has to manually key in the date and save.
• After cloning the organisation details, user can also make changes to that manually.

Improved the User experience by removing the need of hard page refresh after every new field addition

• Previously the user had to refresh the page after adding any new values so that it appears in the respective dropdowns
• Now the user can add or edit any Manage look up fields and it will be auto-populated in the respective dropdowns
• If the user changes the status of an employee to manager, the same will be updated in the Approver drop down
• Same is applicable for new workplans, timesheet groups, expense groups etc.

Introduced the Clone capability for Payroll batch creation

• User can now clone an existing Payroll batch.
• All the fields except for the batch name will be cloned.
• User can also re-arrange the order of Selected pay elements and the same will be reflected during Batch load

New Vaccination tab added in MyHR

• Setting to be enabled: MyHR-ShowVaccination
• User will be able to see all the vaccination records in MyHRàVaccination tab
• Employee can add or edit the records from UI. Deletion of vaccination records can only be done by the admin user

Minor changes / improvements:

• Swapped the Gross and VAT field positions in ExpensesàClaims
• RSM super users can now update the historic Bonus, Allowance and Deduction records even though the fields are locked for the client admin user.
• Any overtime hours authorised by the manager before the previous period payroll submission will now be automatically pulled into the batch.
• Fixed an issue related to Sickness entry approval being sent to the future dated approver.
• All the Payroll Company dropdowns will now be displayed in the format “Payroll name (Payroll ID)”
