February 2020.
The February release brings in a few major changes for clients whom use the new user Interface.
- User Activations + new username and password email. (The username and password email changes affect everyone)
- Reporting suite
The following screens are also getting a new look, with improved features and handy tool tips to explain each of the functions.
- Administer Entitlement plans
- Administer Work plans
- Administer Public holidays
User Activations
Activating \ deactivating or changing the access to an employee will no longer fall under the Admin (User activations) screen. We have moved this over to the employees tab individual account. Please see below.
Once a new employee has been created, you will need to click on the actions button and click “Activate User”
This will bring up the access type box for you to select the appropriate access for this employee. Finish by clicking Activate.
You will receive a green message box at the bottom right of the screen to confirm the activation.
To Deactivate or change the access type, click either “Deactivate user” or “Change Employee Type”
New username and password email
We will also be sending out two emails when a new user is made active or a password reset is needed.
The major change will be to send separate username and password emails on activations.
The first email will contain the “username” and “URL”.
The second email template will contain the “Password”.
Reporting suite
The reporting suite now has a new look and feel to it. With improved functionality and features. For a full list of the changes and screenshots please head to the following Wiki Link.
We will be enabling this for clients one-by-one so please let us know when you would like to be moved over, sooner rather than later

Administer Work plans before and after
One small change that you will need to make sure is accurate it the Full times hours. In the old Screen 37 and a half hours would have been noted like this 37:30. To keep in line with every other box with the same functionality, it will now be 37.5. Please note though any entry made in the old UI screen use the old scr
Administer Public holidays before and after.
