Accessing the Client Portal

Your Account Details

Your RSM contact will notify you with the details of your Client Portal account once the setup has been completed. To access the portal for the first time go to: https://portal.es.rsmuk.com/OnlineClientPortal/Account/Register

Enter you user name - usually this will have been set to your email address - and click on the REGISTER button to continue. Do not close your browser window. You will receive an email containing a verification code. You should receive the code within a few minutes so please do check your junk/spam folder if there is a delay. 

Enter the verification code in the box and click on the NEXT button.

You will be prompted to set a password. Enter your chosen password and confirm it in the second box and then click on the SAVE button. You are now set up and will be able to login to the portal.

Logging In

To log in to the Client Portal go to https://portal.es.rsmuk.com/OnlineClientPortal where you will see the following login screen.

Enter you user name - usually this will have been set to your email address - and your password, then click on the LOG IN button.

Note: your Client Portal account is specifically for your use so please keep the login details private.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password you can select the Forgot password? link on the login page. You will see the following screen:

Enter your user name in the field provided and click on the RESET button. Your user name will usually have been set to your email address. If the user name is recognised, an email will be sent to your registered email address containing a verification code.

Enter the verification code and click on the NEXT button. 

After entering the verification code you will be able to set a new password just in the same way as you did when you first accessed the portal.

Client Portal Passwords

Client portal passwords must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least one lowercase character
  • Contain at least one uppercase character
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one alpha-numeric character (for example $, % or !)

Logging Out

To log out of the Client Port, click on your name at the top right of the screen to open the menu and then click on Logout.
