RSM Employers Toolkit

If you are an HR client you will have access to the RSM Employers Toolkit. The toolkit provides a wealth of information to employers.

Accessing the Toolkit

Usually this will be accessed by clicking on the home icon . If you have set another home option in the Account Settings page, you can access the toolkit by clicking on  in the menu bar.

Using the Toolkit

The toolkit is divided into sections covering key topics about employing and managing staff. It provides general HR advice and guidance in terms of managing the employment relationship. For specific HR advice and guidance in relation to specific issues and circumstances please speak to your usual RSM contact in terms of how to proceed.

Each section can be viewed in the portal or downloaded as a PDF to view offline.

In many sections supporting documents are provided - for example, template letters and forms - that you are free to download and use. Using these templates can save you a lot of time and give you the reassurance that the document you are using is compliant with current employment legislation and best practice. However, care does need to be taken to ensure that you are using the correct template, and that its contents fit with the situation that you are applying it to. If you are ever at all unsure about which template to use, or how to edit it, please do not hesitate to speak with your usual RSM contact.
