Within your settings you can set up your contact details, set up a signature, and edit your notifications.

Accessing your settings
In the top righthand corner, click on your name and a dropdown will appear, click on settings. Once in the settings page, any changes that you make you will need to click save at the bottom of the page.
Options available
You can set the following options:
Username- Your username is usually set to your email address, but you can update it. It must be between 6 and 50 characters in length and must be unique across all users on the portal.
Telephone- You can optionally add a contact telephone number here. This will be used to create your default message signature and will be visible to your RSM contacts.
Mobile- You can optionally add a contact mobile number here. This is used for SMS authentication if enabled.
Authentication- Using this dropdown you can chose between:
Password -login in username and password.
Two factor-email - log in with your username and password goes through 2 step authentication process via email.
Time-based one-time password - if you enable two-factor authentication you will be asked to enter a verification code each time you log in to the portal. Go to multi-factor authentication for further details.
Home screen option- You will only see this option in your account settings if you have access to more than one dashboard (for example, the HR Toolkit and the standard dashboard). You can choose which you would prefer to have as your home screen option.
Message signature & email notifications
You can override the default message signature with a custom signature. This will be displayed in each new message and reply you send in the message centre.
There is basic formatting, and spelt check.
You can select/deselect 2 types of emails notifications: receive message/document centre email notifications & receive payment approval email notifications.
Notification ignore list - If you have multiple services with RSM, and want to stop all notifications against one of the services, you can also use the company dropdown to select a service. Click on the service and then the green cross, this will then show in a list. To remove it from the list click on the yellow arrow.
Profile picture
You can optionally upload a profile picture to your account. Drag and drop an image into the upload area or click on select an image to upload to browse for an image file.
When you upload an image, it will be saved immediately. You can delete your profile picture by clicking on the dustbin. To replace the image simply click on select an image.
