Release notes


The November release brings in some changes and updates for clients whom use the new user Interface.

  • The Message Screen
  • Submission Screen update


The Message Screen

The message screen is now available on the new UI, with a fresh new look as shown below.

The functionality remains mostly the same as the old one however one new change is that you can now edit an existing message.  We also provide Handy tool tips (Blue Question mark) should you need any further information.


Submission Screen Update

The submission screen has now been moved over to the new UI which gives you the ability to submit to the payroll system.

You will need to select the payroll you wish to submit and can run this based on all or individual employees.

The submission screen displays any errors you need to be made aware of and this can be exported to excel for ease of use.

One last feature is that if any payroll element is not fully configured or configured incorrectly, the submission will be prevented, and an error will show like the below informing you what needs to be done.


Finally, to keep you updated on some smaller changes

  • The “Workflow Control” screen found in the Admin tab no longer displays Duplicates.
  • The “Payroll Details” Screen (Admin) has been moved to the New UI.
  • The “Payroll Periods” screen has been moved to the New UI.
  • Update to Reporting – Makes larger reports run more smoothly and quicker
  • Fixed an issue with multiple week workplans
