You can manage the gateway users using the option gateways in the profiles menu.
Important: Admin users should have the gatewayuser - read/write permission to view the gateways option under the profiles menu. For more information, refer to role permissions.
The gateway user screen displays the list of gateways in the agency.
In the gateway user screen, you can do the following:
Viewing messages for the gateway
Sending welcome emails
Resetting and sending passwords
Unlocking account
Editing the gateway
You can edit the gateway attributes using the edit button.
On the edit screen, you can edit and save the basic gateway attributes. You can also switch to the gateway, delete the gateway, or combine additional users to gateway using the options under the actions menu.
