Submission Help Mismatch Pay Basis

This error occurs when the period selected for the Basis field on the Employees → Pay → Details screen, differs from that in your payroll system. (The periods available are Annual, Daily, Hourly, Monthly or Weekly.)

If you have selected the correct pay basis but still get the error, tick the option, Don't check if the workers pay type matches the pay type on the payroll on the Admin → Payroll → Payroll Submission Settings.
