CIS Starter

Use this page to add CIS employees to the system.

This screen allows the entry of new CIS employees.

Key Fields

Employee Number: Allows entry of an employee number for the employee. This field will be disabled if Automatic Employee number generation has been selected.
Trading Name: If this field is populated, this will be sent in transmissions to the HMRC.
Tax Treatment: Usually this will be left blank. This will be updated automatically when a verfication submission is sent to the HMRC.
Method Of Payment: This is a highly important field as it indicates whether the employee will be picked up when making BACS payments from the system.
