You can control the fields which are read only or read and write against profiles in InTime for administrators and consultants resulting in users with limited access. The field settings relate to role templates which are used to determine which functions are available to users so can provide specific customisation based on your business needs.
Administrator and consultant profiles use 'None' by default under Role in the Main tab which allows full access to InTime and all fields are enabled.
To amend the field settings go to System Configuration > System > Field Settings. Select the Role Template you wish to configure from the Role dropdown. Please note: If you have existing user profiles using a role template which you select and amend the field settings for, this will affect users immediately.
The available profiles which allow fields to be disabled/enabled against are; Worker, Manager, Ltd Co User, Ltd Co Provider, Client and Placement. Once you have made your changes, click Save.
