When you log in to InTime on click on the home button, you will see a dashboard of key indicators relating to the clients, workers, and placements that you are managing. An example is shown below.
Each of the panels in the dashboard are a link to a page which displays the appropriate information.The panels are explained below.
The timesheets and expenses panels show you information relating to recent timesheets. The default is that it only shows timesheets where the end date is within 15 days from the current date. This value can be altered if required as can be seen in the image above whether the time range has been increased to 41 days.
Timesheets
Missing: This panel shows the number and value of any missing timesheets. You can click on this panel to be taken to the Finding Missing Timesheets.
Unauthorised: This panel shows the number and value of timesheets that have been submitted but have not been authorised. You can click on the panel which will take you to the timesheet search page which will be populated with the correct date range and timesheet status.
To Sales Invoice: This panel shows the number and value of timesheets which are ready for sales invoicing. Click on the panel to be taken directly to the sales invoice generation screen.
To Self-Bill Invoice: This panel shows the number and value of timesheets which are ready to have self bill invoices generated. Click on the panel to be taken directly to the self bill invoice generation screen.
To Advice Note: This panel shows the number and value of timesheets which are ready to have advice notes generated. Click on the panel to be taken directly to the advice note generation page.
Ready for PAYE: This panel shows the number and value of timesheets which are ready for PAYE processing.
Expenses
Unauthorised: This panel shows the value and number of expense items that are unauthorised. Click on the panel to be taken to the expenses search screen which will be populated with the corresponding values.
To Sales Invoice: This panel shows the number and value of expense items that are ready for sales invoicing.
To Self-Bill Invoice: This panel shows the number and value of expense items that are ready for self bill invoicing.
To Advice Note: This panel shows the number and value of expense items for which advice notes should be created.
Ready for PAYE: This panel shows the number and value of expense items which are ready for PAYE processing.
Sales Invoices
To Send: This panel shows the number and value of sales invoices which have not yet been sent.
To Export: This panel shows the number and value of sales invoices which have not yet been exported. See Exporting to Accounts System.
Unpaid: This panel shows the number and value of sales invoices which have not yet been paid.
Purchase Invoices
To Send: Click to display the following invoices that have been generated but not sent:
- Self-bill invoices
- Self-bill credit notes
- Non self-bill credit notes
- Advice notes
- Unmatched advice notes.
To Export: Click to display the following invoices that have been generated but not exported.
- Self-bill invoices
- Self-bill credit notes
- Non self-bill invoices
- Non self-bill credit notes
For Payment: Click to display the following invoices that are currently due for payment.
- Self-bill invoices
- Self-bill credit notes
- Non self-bill invoices
- Non self-bill credit notes
Contract Documents
For Acceptance: Click to display all contract documents that have been sent to users and have the current status of For Acceptance.
Information Requests: Click to display all contract documents that have been sent to users and are information requests.
Expired: Click to display all contract document where the expiry date is today or prior to the current date.
Tasks
Tasks are only available to some clients and therefore this may not be applicable to your installation
- Changes for Approval. For clients that are using two-stage approval of user details only. This panel will show the number of changes that have been submitted by contractors and have not yet been actioned.
Configuring the Dashboard
You can choose which widgers of information are displayed on the homepage. For example, if you do not use expenses then you can turn off the expenses widget.
In order to configure the dashboard go to the Manage Dashboards option from the Administration menu. You can set up different views for your Mark Holland (Unlicensed) and Consultants. At the top of the screen you can see the available widgets for the Administrator homepage and beneath that you can see the widgets for the Consultant's homepage.
Towards the bottom of the screen there is the configuration option which determines which items appear on the dashboard as shown below.
