You can If you have a front-office system, you should normally create and edit entities within InTime.
You can also edit any entities that you have imported from an external system.
So, for example you can create placements, workers, managers and so on; and update the information for each of those entities as required. update entities through your front-office system. Any changes that you make directly in RSM InTime are likely to be over-written by a subsequent update from your front-office system.
Administrators and Consultants with the correct roles are able to create and update other entities within RSM InTime.
