If you have set up limited company providers (umbrella companies) in RSM InTime, you will may need to set up an RSM InTime user for that company.
The umbrella company user will approve contract documents on behalf of that company.
For example, if you use a contractor for a placement, and that contractor is employed through an umbrella company, you will typically have contractual agreements in place with that umbrella company. You will, therefore, need to specify an umbrella user before adding the umbrella company (or the worker associated with that umbrella company) to the placement.
#zzz Are there other reasons why you would need an umbrella user? Does the umbrella user log in to InTime to do anything else?#
To These users can view invoices that have been raised to them and manage any contract documents that have been assigned to them.
For information on how to create and manage umbrella users, seeĀ Maintaining Umbrella Companies.
