If you have set up limited company providers (umbrella companies) in InTime, you will need to set up an InTime user for that company.

The umbrella company user will approve contract documents on behalf of that company.

For example, if you use a contractor for a placement, and that contractor is employed through an umbrella company, you will typically have contractual agreements in place with that umbrella company. You will, therefore, need to specify an umbrella user before adding the umbrella company (or the worker associated with that umbrella company) to the placement.
