Then you can add secondary accounts. In this scenario, they can be other types of managers.
Note: While combining users, if you select a worker as primary, then they can only switch to other workers as secondary, managers can switch to managers, limited company users can switch to other limited company users, consultants can switch to workers, managers, limited company users, or other consultants, admins can switch to any of those plus other admins.
At this point, you can remove any users that you have added by mistake, you would not be allowed to remove users after successful submission.
After you have selected as many secondary accounts as you want, then you can submit.
A success message appears confirming that users have been combined. An email is sent to all the combined users.
For the combined user, account status is displayed as secondary. Secondary account status implies that these users login via a gateway.
The original manager account, in this case, has been replaced by a gateway. Now both the users will login via the gateway.
