Bullhorn
The following settings need to be checked in Bullhorn using the ‘Field mappings’ facility. Please provide the values configured in your system for each of these fields to InTime support. This will enable us to configure your system appropriately. Please contact Bullhorn Support for any assistance in getting or setting the values in Bullhorn.
Bullhorn Field | Description |
Candidate-employeeType | Determines the default employee type used by placements for this candidate. These are configurable but the preferred values for InTime are: “PAYE,LTD,UMBRELLA”. This relates to PAYE, Limited Company, and Limited company with a provider respectively |
Placement-employeeType | Determines the worker type in InTime. These are configurable but the preferred values for InTime are: “PAYE,LTD,UMBRELLA”. This relates to PAYE, Limited Company, and Limited company with a provider respectively. |
Placement-status | Please provide the Placement Status value at which you would like the placement to import into InTime. This status should indicate that all the relevant placement data has been entered and verified in Bullhorn and is ready to have timesheets entered for Pay and Billing. A common value used is “Approved” but you can select any value you like and multiple statuses can be used. |
Placement-employmentType: | Determines the type of placement. Common values are ‘Contract, Temp, Perm, Margin Only’. Please provide a list all available values in your Bullhorn system. Any values that contain the word “perm” will be treated as a perm placement. Other types are treated as a contract type placement by default. |
Placement-billingFrequency | Determines the InTime timesheet period so must match one of the available options in InTime. If no match is found the default period will be applied. If possible please set the value list to only contain values from the following list: weekly, two-weekly, four-weekly, monthly, four-four-five |
Placement-salaryUnit | Determines the period type of rates on the placement. InTime only recognises the following values so please set the value list to these: Per Hour,Per Day,Per Month |

Please ask Bullhorn support to create an account for InTime to access your system. Once created please provide InTime support with the following credentials for that account:

Bullhorn Notifications User
An InTime Administrator account will be configured to receive on-screen notifications of any Bullhorn import issues. If you are an existing InTime client please provide the username of the account you would like to receive these notifications. Otherwise the default Administrator account for your InTime system will be used.
