February 2021 Release

The February release brings in some changes and updates.

• Unit Security for Reports
• Reports Scheduler
• Unit Security screen

Unit Security for reports

If you are using Unit Security in the Security page, the reports would still only report on your team that you are the approver to. Unit security allows you to access other employees outside of your team and the reports are now able to report on your team and those part of your unit security.  Please contact support for more advise on this.

Report Scheduler

The Reports Scheduler has now been moved on to our New-UI system and look like the below.

Simply click the add button, Choose your report and timings and the method of how you want your report sent.

Unit Security screen

The unit security screen has now been moved over to our new interface and now has improved configurational features.

Simply click on the access type and it will show the below screen.

The use of drag and drop technology like in our reports is used here, so you simply need to select your field and drag it over to one of the free boxes.

We also have a new Unit security screen that allows you to have more than one access group by the below choice category type. For example, this shows the managers can see their reporters as well as any employees outside their reports. Any employee in team 1 and team 2. If you would like more information on this, please speak to Support.
