Within this section you can bulk activate or deactivate users. This is particular useful if you have a group of new starters, or leavers that you wish to change the activation status of.

Click on admin in your top menu bar and within the security section click on bulk activation. Firstly you must select an access group that you will be applying to the activation. You will not be able to perform admin bulk activation as this requires additional password checks.

To use the search options click on the blue cross to expand the section. Using the dropdowns you can select specific search criteria, alternatively you can type in a job title or part of a title, then click search.

If you leave of search filters blank you will see all employees in the lefthand side. To move employees into the righthand column simply click on the employee's name and drag them into the righthand column, you can click on multiple records and drag them all at once. You can use the move or remove all if you need to activate everyone in the list.

When you are ready scroll to the bottom of the page and click bulk activate or bulk deactivate. When activating the employees if an employee is already activated no action will be performed. You will be asked if you are sure you wish to proceed with a summary of what you are doing, click ok.

You will then see a process bar and confirmation that the status has been changed.
