In addition to submitting timesheets and expenses, contractors have access to the following functions via their InTime Portal:

  • All placement information including related contract documentation, information requests and AWR status
  • Their profile information, including the ability to update contact and banking detail
  • Reporting of historical placement data
  • Viewing individual timesheet history and approval routes
  • Action agency information requests, acceptance of contract and compliance documentation or submit/answer queries using in system comments feature
  • Viewing and printing of payslips, self-bill invoice or advice notes and remittance.
  • If a Ltd company contractor, the uploading of their supplier invoices against Advice Notes

Using the custom text and dashboard configuration functions agencies can tailor the contractor home page

Dashboards not only provide the contractor with real-time status, they are also an intuitive and quick way of navigating the system.
