Once the Bullhorn system has been created, you will need to establish some configuration information that will need to be applied to link the systems together. RSM will apply this configuration to an InTime test system that you can use to check the integration. RSM will import some test placements so you can see how the data transfers.
It is very important that you use this stage to test the system thoroughly to ensure that all the data you require is being imported into InTime for all placement types and scenarios. We advise running through all your business processes including:
Create and approve timesheets and expenses
Generating and exporting sales and purchase invoices
Making BACS Payments
Export to Payroll system (if applicable)
Margin reporting
HMRC and AWR reporting
There is normally some additional data you’ll require – provide the mapping to RSM and we will set up these customisations for you. It is important to get this mapping in place and correct before going live.
Once the testing is complete the configuration will be applied to your live system and a bulk import will be performed by InTime support to load all current data from Bullhorn into InTime. Automatic updates will then be enabled so that InTime is then kept synchronised with Bullhorn.
Please see other sections for the configuration options available.
