Agencies who have a front-office system would typically apply changes to a contractor's details through the front-office system.  These changes would then be sent to InTime to update InTime with the same data.

 

InTime can be configured so that a contractor can request that a changes is made to their details.  The request is held on in holding area and is not applied to that contractor's profile until it is accepted.  When using this option you must ensure you have the tasks dashboard widget enabled.

On you Agency Dashboard you will see a notification when a contractor has submitted a change to his/her details as shown below

Here it can be seen that there are two pending changes.

When you click on the red box you will be taken to the list of un-actioned changes.
