This is an optional module that you will need to request enabled by InTime support if you require it.
If this module is enabled you will have the option of creating additional rates on a placement that will automatically come into effect when there are 12 or more qualifying weeks. The Edit Placement page will show a tick box next to each rate that determine if it is an AWR rate or not:
When creating timesheets for the placement only the Post AWR rates will be selectable after 12 weeks. Prior to this only the non-awr rates will be selectable. This applies to both Worker and agency staff.
Please Note: The AWR report calculates the contractors current remuneration based on the placements default rate - i.e. the top one in the list so it will not take accounts a Post AWR rate unless it is set as the default rate.
Enabling this module will also enable you to enter a Post AWR holiday accrual rate against the Worker and Placement.
