Accessing Account Settings

To access your account settings, click on your name at the top right and select the Settings option.

Changing Your Account Settings

You can change any of the settings on this page by updating them and then clicking on the SAVE button.

You can set the following options:

Username

Your username is usually set to your email address but you can update it. It must be between 6 and 50 characters in length and must be unique across all users on the portal.

Telephone

You can optionally add a contact telephone number here. This will be used to create your default message signature and will be visible to your RSM contacts.

Mobile

You can optionally add a contact mobile number here. This is used for SMS authentication if enabled.

Authentication

Here you can choose between password and two-factor authentication. If you enable two-factor authentication you will be asked to enter a verification code each time you log in to the portal.

Home screen option

You will only see this option in your account settings if you have access to more than one dashboard (for example, the HR Toolkit and the standard dashboard). You can choose which you would prefer to have as your home screen  option.

Message Signature

You can override the default message signature with a custom signature here. This will be displayed in each message and reply you send in the Message Centre

Note: The message signature allows some basic formatting. If you paste in text from another source, only the allowed formatting will remain.

Receive Email Notifications

To opt out of email notifications from the Document and Message Centres uncheck this box. You will no longer be notified by email when RSM upload a new document or send you a message.

Profile Picture

You can optionally upload a profile picture to your account. Drag and drop an image into the upload area or click on Select an image to upload to browse for an image file. When you upload an image it will be saved immediately. You can delete your profile picture by clicking on next to the image.
