Within this section you can set up the system to generate and send reports to the users you have selected. You can create a schedule for any report you have built within People Manager, prebuilt reports with padlocks against cannot have a schedule set against them. You will then have the option to enter email addresses for recipients of the report, or to select employees from a list, only employees with an email address in the contract - organisation tab will show in the list. To choose employees simply click on the name and drag them into the righthand column.
Please note: If you are typing in email addresses the report will send all details irrespective of their security group. If you use the by employee option, the report will only show entries that the user has access to.
